Who is this course for?
Man to Man is for single men, and men in committed relationships who are seeking to identify the elements of healthy relationships and healthy responses to life challenges and who simply want to do life and relationships better.
What outcomes and benefits can participants expect?
The course assists a man to take responsibility for making positive changes in his life, including the expression of a healthy intimacy and sexuality. Learning to handle the pressure of male sexuality is one of the skills a man must acquire if he is to be successful in his personal life, his home life and in his spiritual development. Additionally, it is a lifestyle tool for the prevention of future family stress. It teaches the elements needed to produce healthy and fulfilling relationships.

By fostering emotional connections and understanding, EFT empowers partners to navigate their challenges together. In addition to direct therapy, Garey offers supervision for professionals, including church workers and pastors, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed in their roles.
As a full member of the NZ Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and the NZ Community of Emotionally Focused Therapists (NZCEFT), Garey is committed to maintaining high standards of practice and ongoing professional development. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Counselling, and various certifications in supervision, domestic violence, and tertiary teaching, all of which enhance his ability to provide effective therapy.
