Today’s man is a product of his past. This course is designed to help you uncover the influences that shape how you think, feel, and behave.

About the Course

Over 10 engaging sessions, you will delve into the dynamics of past and present relationships and examine how your family background has played a pivotal role in forming the man you are today. With a focus on personal insight and essential life skill support, each session offers tools for real growth and practical strategies to navigate life more successfully.
 

What You Will Gain

  • Deep Personal Insights: Understand the roots of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

  • Understanding Dependency: Find healing from co-dependency and learn the differences between males and females and their approach to relationships.

  •  Acquire practical techniques to live a more empowered and successful life.

  • Essential Life Skills: Dealing with shame and guilt, overcoming emotions and anger, conflict resolution, healthy intimacy and sexuality, and  finding forgiveness.

Who is this course for?

Man to Man is for single men, and men in committed relationships who are seeking to identify the elements of healthy relationships and healthy responses to life challenges and who simply want to do life and relationships better.

What outcomes and benefits can participants expect?

The course assists a man to take responsibility for making positive changes in his life, including the expression of a healthy intimacy and sexuality. Learning to handle the pressure of male sexuality is one of the skills a man must acquire if he is to be successful in his personal life, his home life and in his spiritual development. Additionally, it is a lifestyle tool for the prevention of future family stress. It teaches the elements needed to produce healthy and fulfilling relationships.
