Frequently Asked Questions about counselling and therapy

For relationship counselling, the first three sessions will be about assessment of the strengths and challenges of the relationship and working out a plan of action.
Individual sessions are generally 1 hour long.
Couples can be up to a 1.5 hours long.

When it comes to counselling you have to think of it as an investment in yourself. My dentist asked me what I did. I told him we do similar things, he fixes holes in peoples' teeth I fix holes in peoples' hearts. Only people will pay to have the pain in their teeth taken away but they can live for a long time with pain in their heart.
